María System Province Codes

The María System Province Codes section, within the Operations module, lets you view, create, edit, and delete the province codes used by the María System.

In this guide

• View the Provinces list
• Create a Province Code
• Complete its general information
• Complete the configuration

General workflow

1. View or search province codes from the main list.
2. Select Create Province Code.
3. Select a country and province, then enter the María code.
4. Select Create to save the record.

Provinces List

The list displays registered provinces and their corresponding María System codes.

List Information

Country

Indicates the country to which the province belongs.

Province

Identifies the province associated with the record.

María Code

Indicates the code assigned to the province.

List Actions

Search

Finds records in the list.

Create Province Code

Starts the registration of a new María System province code.

Edit

Modifies an existing record.

Delete

Deletes a registered province code.

Create Province Code

The Create Province Code option opens a form for associating a province with its María System code.

General Information

Country

Select the country to which the province belongs.

Province

Select the province to associate with the code.

María Code

Enter the code corresponding to the province.

Country, Province, and María Code are required fields.

Actions

Create

Saves the record and completes its creation.

Create and Create Another

Saves the current record and starts a new one.

Cancel

Closes the form without creating the record.

Complete the Configuration

Once created, the province code is available in the main list for viewing and management.
